The Giants have signed WR Keith Carlos to fill out their 90-man roster as per Ohm Youngmisuk

As a result of this signing, the Giants now have 90 players on their roster. His cap number will either be $405,000 or $480,000; my guess is that it'll be the former. I'll try to find out later which one. Either way, he won't count against the Giants' salary cap at this time due to the Top 51 rule being in effect.
